Do You Carry The Same Inventory Online & In-Store?

✅ We try our best to offer the same inventory online as we do in-person but there are certain products that are inefficient for us to ship out while there are other products that wouldn't make sense for us to stock in-store. ✅ Please email or call us below to find out the best way for us to get you the exact items you're looking for.

When Will I Get My Order?

✅ We've partnered with reliable suppliers to get items to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Some of your items may arrive as quickly as the next business day but others can take up to 4 business days. ✅ This does not include any unforeseen delays from the shipping companies. Items may or may not be delivered on weekends if the suppliers are closed for delivery

Shipping Rates & Locations

✅ We have a flat shipping rate of $9 for all orders under $99. If your subtotal is more than $98.99 then you qualify for FREE shipping. Orders placed after 3pm may be shipped out the NEXT business day. We only ship to locations in the United States and only place orders Monday-Friday.

Can I Return Items In-Store?

✅ If you purchased products from our online store then you may return them in-person at our brick & mortar location. Return Policy

✅ All returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items. All items must be unopened and in original packaging. Items such as woundcare dressings, CPAP masks and ostomy bags may not be returned due to being in possible contact with the skin.
